Measures to minimise COVID-19 transmission at our Studios:

1. We adhere to the relevant Government’s guidelines and/or requirements regarding the guest capacity permitted at each studio and social distancing. Specifically, requiring 1 person per 2sqm floor space and 1 person per 4sqm floor space (whichever is relevant at the time and depending on the State).
2. Per the guidelines, we endeavour to seat guest groups 1.5m apart, wherever possible.
3. As per the Government’s guidelines and/or requirements, upon arriving at our relevant studio all guests are required to provide their name, email address and/or telephone number by entering it into the requisite QR register we provide.
4. Per the relevant State’s requirements, in NSW, guests MUST be seated when drinking. In Victoria, guests may be upstanding when drinking.
5. It is mandatory that all persons entering our studios MUST be wearing a face mask. If you are not wearing a face mask, you will be refused entry and considered a “No Show”. You will not be entitled to a refund, to reschedule your session or to receive a coupon voucher. Please note, we will not be supplying face masks at our studios.
6. It is permissible to remove your face mask while consuming food and beverages.
7. Our artists will greet each guest at the door and prior to them entering our studio, they will be given antibacterial soap to wash their hands;
8. For the safety of our guests and artists, our lead artist will have the authority to turn away any guest that appears unwell;
9. All our glassware are cleaned using an industrial glass washer at its highest setting;
10. All our crockery is cleaned using a dishwasher at its highest setting;
11. During each session, our artists will be wiping down frequently touched areas with rubbing alcohol;
12. Guests will no longer be allowed to pump their own paint to avoid multiple-guest touching of the paint pumps. Rather, guests may request additional paint from our artists who will then pump the paint for them;
13. Guests will be asked to practice cough etiquette and respiratory hygiene and minimise movement throughout the studio (except where necessary).
